If you would like to register your interest in adopting a pair of
guinea pigs or a companion guinea pig please send me

Please try to answer the following questions if possible:
1. Why you would like to adopt a guinea pig? 2. Have you had guinea pigs before? 3. Have you any other pets? 4. Description of hutch/cage/run if you already have them.
